Our Structure
The Minister
The minister of the church has been ordained and inducted to conduct public worship, preach the Word of God, administer the sacraments, excercise pastoral care and oversight of the membership and give leadership to the church in its mission to the world.
The Elders
The elders of the church have been appointed from among its members and, with the minister, share in the pastoral care and leadership of the congregation. Together, the minister and the elders work to ensure that the worship and spiritual life of the church are nourished, providing support for and giving encouragement to the church's many areas of witness. Certain elders have specific functions, such as Faith Development, Outreach, Fellowship, Young People and Pastoral.
Church Members
Church members are people who have declared their Christian faith and are committed to church membership. They are elected at the Church Meeting.
Church Meeting
The Church Meeting is held quarterly, and gives members an opportunity to express their views and take part in decisions that influence the whole of our church life.
