Men of Leisure

A group entitled Men of Leisure meets on alternate Wednesday mornings from 10:00 till 12:00 in the Morton Hall.

The group consists of retired gentlemen, who meet together for indoor bowls, snooker, shove-halfpenny and fellowship. Sometimes we play chess, draughts, latral, connect four as well as carpet bowls, indoor petanque and Victorian bagatelle, when the Morton Hall is unavailable. We will be commencing darts soon.

There is an annual subscription, currently £8.00, and a donation at each meeting to cover the cost of coffee and biscuits.

About half our members are also members of St John's URC, and we always look forward to welcoming other gentlemen.
